This card needs to have GRPS CMNET function, e.g. it's OK with 5 yuan 30M per month data package (attention: it is cmnet surfing mode). If you can get such card, it only costs five yuan per month. The card without month rent is the best; it will save a sum of money after one year.

  9. Why does it display the previous location when the car is driving off?

    The cause of this phenomenon is that there is no new location information uploaded to the monitoring platform. It still displays the previous location. It's related to the signal condition of the environment of the vehicle, and the position of the locator. It would be hard to search the satellite signal if installation environment was too closed. If it happens too many times, we advice you adjust the installation position. If this problem still occurs in the open air, please contact the customer service.

  10. Why does it not return information when you send the command to the locator by mobile phone?

    It may be caused by the following factors: 1. Locator has no mobile phone signal or it powered off. Please dial the phone number of the locator, and check whether there is a voice of connected telephone. 2. Check whether your SIM launch message service. 3.
